HelioFidem is happy to announce the signing of MOU with key development partners to cement further collaboration for the UK market and for the company’s next phase of growth across European markets.
In March, HelioFidem completed the sale of its 28 MW plant in Northamptonshire, to Atrato Onsite Energy – the UK’s largest behind-the-meter solar PV funder (London Stock Exchange listing: ROOF). With deal completion having been achieved just 2 years since HelioFidem’s founding, the project serves as solid proof of concept for the company’s vision and business model.
Building on this momentum, HelioFidem has subsequently executed in July an MOU with Atrato not only to cement further collaboration within the UK market, but also for future pipelines in Ireland and other OECD countries such as Sweden.
